What happened?

We recently became aware that the glass inlay inside the Analemma Water Bottle can, in extremely rare cases, break during use, posing a potential risk of glass ingestion. We took this seriously from the moment we found out and made the decision to voluntarily recall the product in cooperation with the CPSC.

What should you do?

Please stop using your bottle until you've received one of the remedies below. If you have any concerns in the meantime, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Your options

You can choose whichever remedy works best for you:

  • Free mesh insert - We'll send you a protective mesh insert at no charge. It ensures that even if the glass inlay breaks, nothing can reach your drink. To receive your insert, we just need confirmation of your shipping address. If you have already confirmed it via email, no further action is needed. If you haven't done so yet, please contact us at info@analemma-water.com.
  • Full refund - If you'd prefer, we're happy to issue a full refund for your purchase. Please contact us at info@analemma-water.com to initiate the process.
